Description
The VF nails is a traditional very strong Mustad nail. The key features in this nail are the extra long neck and the relative big square head which gives the nail a strong and secure fit in the nail holes. Since the head of the VF nails stay slightly out of the shoe this nail also increases traction, therefore these nails are often used in horses which are working in more heavy terrains such as mud and forest. The VF nail is annealed to make the material softer to increase the ease of use for the farrier.
